Our team is already a market leader. At a basic level, this person is accountable for the documentation and operation of systems that run our business. The successful candidate will have the ability to improve and create systems that accomplish our business goals. Specific tasks will include (but not be limited to):
Writing letters and property narratives
Information, file and document management
Accurate database entry, maintenance and manipulations
Work closely with each team member make sure nothing gets missed.
Calendar, communication and database management.
SEE AND SOLVE PROBLEMS
Above average computer/technical proficiency (word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software)
Social media, print and email marketing
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of real estate practice and principles
College degree preferred
Minimum of two-years of experience in a comparable position
Commercial real estate or residential real estate experience
Market salary based on qualifications of the candidate with performance based adjustments.
