Construction is concrete block with frame and metal interior partitions on a concrete foundation. The roof is of a pitched design with both metal and asphalt shingle on different buildings. Doors are a mix of metal swing and roll up doors. Drive aisles are gravel. Access controls are composed of chain-link fencing with a padlock controlled gate. The property currently uses Site Link as its management and rental software.

The City of Bisbee, AZ is located 93 miles Southeast of Tucson and 10 miles north of the US-Mexico Border. As the county seat for the Cochise County, Bisbee is located at the center of the natural and historic beauty of region. The city has transformed itself into the ideal spot for tourism. It hosts numerous sites of interest ranging from the Art Deco style county courthouse, to the old Copper Queen Mine, which draws 43,000 visitors annually. There is even a two runway municipal airport servicing Bisbee. These benefits combined with “the most perfect year round climate” make it an attractive place to visit and a great place to call home.

Just this year, it was voted the number one historic small town by both USA Today and Sunset Magazine. The American Association of Retired Persons has highlighted Bisbee as one of the most alive places to retire in. Furthermore, as one of the oldest settlements in Arizona, Bisbee has maintained its early twentieth century character. The city hosts numerous special events throughout the year and its numerous museums and historical sites continue to attract more and more tourists every year.
