We’re pleased to announce the sale of 3D Storage in Vernon, Arizona. The self storage facility sold July 27th, 2017 for $770,000. The property provides over 100 units of drive up self storage for personal and small business storage needs as well as nearly 30 acres of land including almost 1,000 feet of highway frontage.

Eagle Commercial led an international marketing campaign sourcing numerous potential buyers and multiple offers. Ultimately a buyer in a 1031 exchange came in with the highest offer.

The sale of this property required the depth of experience, resources and industry contacts of our team and all parties involved.  Both parties were happy with the end results.  The seller was happy to liquidate this asset at a favorable price and the buyer was excited with this new value add opportunity that stood to benefit from modern management practices.
