We know that students have trouble gaining real-world experience and competitive work skills during their college years. We’ve created an internship that can help any student build a resume of experience, so they can be among the most sought-after candidates in their chosen field.
Our team is consistently sourcing new opportunities for our client list as well as serving as a disposition channel for owners of commercial real estate investments. Candidates filling this position will learn critical skills required for originating the preliminary analysis of acquisition targets for internal and external clients in a real-world environment, and obtain direct experience with the systems and transferable tools we use to deliver maximum value to our clients.
Interns work closely with our company’s leadership team to gain extensive and practical knowledge of business strategy and our tools of the trade. All of our past interns are now with market-leading companies due in some part to their experience with us.
What does This Team Member Do?
Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing, and evaluating, potential and new acquisitions/opportunities (research and phone verification will be required).
• Update existing database with necessary information, support new acquisitions – due diligence
• Research and analyze data – demographic, market, sector, and property
• Assist in other special projects as they may arise
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated interest in real estate, finance, business, or related area, with a desire to learn
• A critical thinker, and self-starter, capable of accomplishing a task with limited guidance and supervision
• Strong research skills
• Strong computer skills – particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication, attention to detail, quantitative, and analytical skills
• Enjoy working under time constraints and ability to excel under pressure
• Recently completed or currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field
Compensation:
• We offer paid and unpaid internships based on qualifications of the candidate and time commitment.
• All interns receive a first-rate experience and education in real estate.
• Interns will have an opportunity to complete Arizona Real Estate License prelicensure requirements and obtain an Arizona Real Estate Salesperson’s License at minimal to no cost.
