Jeff Gorden, CCIM has been a top producing broker since 2003. He has been active in commercial real estate for over a decade with experience in retail, office, industrial, and self-storage properties. Jeff is an advocate for community stewardship serving as the Chairman of the Chandler Board of Adjustment, previously as Chairman of the Chandler Leadership Institute, and as a member of several industry groups such as the National Association of Realtors, CCIM Institute, and currently the President of the Arizona Self Storage Association. Jeff earned degrees from both Temple University and the University of South Florida and has held the prestigious CCIM designation since 2007.
Donnie Dodson, an associate at The Gorden Group, specializes in advising institutional and private investors on the acquisition and sale of self-storage assets in the Southwest. He graduated with a degree in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate from Arizona State University’s WP Carey School of Business. Donnie’s expertise lies in commercial underwriting, exceptional client service, and effective marketing strategies, all of which he leverages to best serve his self-storage clients in the Southwest market. Already in his young career, he has been involved in over $75 million in self storage transactions. Beyond real estate, he enjoys traveling within the US and abroad, as well as playing golf and hiking under the warm Phoenix sun.
Manda Rosen is the Executive Assistant to Jeff Gorden, and the transaction coordinator at The Gorden Group. She was born and raised in rural Arizona. Manda has more than 20 years of experience in office administration and client relations, half of those in residential valuations and commercial real estate. Leveraging her experience in multiple industries’ document and process departments she ensures that The Gorden Group’s systems and procedures are thorough and efficient for all stages of the self storage ownership and transaction experience. Outside of the office, Manda’s highest priority is spending time with her kids and pup. She is actively involved in the youth ballroom dance community and engaged in her commitment to lifelong learning, whether it’s teaching herself SalesForce administration or striving to achieve her goal of reading 100 books a year.
Alex Stack is the Marketing Team Lead at The Gorden Group, where he spearheads the development of outbound marketing materials that drive value for storage facility owners. He leverages his expertise to craft engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience. With a creative mindset and a strategic approach, Alex is dedicated to delivering marketing pieces that not only capture attention but also provide real value to clients.
