Phoenix – December 18, 2020 Jeff Gorden of The Gorden Group/KW Commercial has arranged the sale of A&G Mini Storage in Flagstaff, Arizona. The self-storage facility sold December 18, 2020 for $1,600,000. This self storage property spans just under one acre and provides 151 self-storage and 17 parking spaces. Jeff Gorden represented the Seller. The Buyer was self represented.
