When we were contacted, the owner of this ten acre RV & boat storage facility had already received a number of inquiries and unsolicited offers.  A familiar situation to us, the seller asked our team for a valuation opinion for the property and if one of our clients could be an interested buyer.

Immediately after reviewing the property and its financial performance, we knew this property would be a great fit for one of our existing clients. We immediately set out to present the opportunity and bring them to the property for a tour. Within a few short weeks, we were able to reach an agreement between the seller and our client. Because our team specializes in these properties, we were able to direct and help the seller in organizing due diligence materials which led to a shorter than normal inspection period.  Even though the property inspection uncovered some objectionable items, we were able to guide and assist with the remedies from past experience.
