Phoenix – June 30, 2021 Jeff Gorden of The Gorden Group/Keller Williams East Valley has arranged the sale of Affordable Self Storage in Phoenix, Arizona. The self-storage facility sold June 30, 2021 for $1,540,000. The property spans just under one acre and provides 246 spaces of self-storage. Jeff Gorden represented the Seller.

Sellers are seeing dozens of offers; receiving premium pricing and transaction speed incomparable to any other time in our two decades of service to the industry. The buyer is repeating a proven business plan and the seller enjoyed a quick 30 day escrow. At closing, Buyer and Seller were both very pleased with the results and are looking forward to new projects.”
