Phoenix – April 20, 2021 Jeff Gorden of The Gorden Group/KW Commercial has arranged the sale of Lakeside Storage in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Lakeside Storage sold April 20, 2021. This Boat/RV Storage spans 2.83 acres and 62,840 rentable square feet. Jeff Gorden represented the Seller. The Buyer was self represented.

 

Jeff Gorden shared the following about the sale, “Similar to recent sales, the Seller is a repeat client of ours. We’ve also transacted with the Buyer previously. It was truly a pleasure to work with them both and an honor that their past experiences with us would lead them to want to work with us again. The Buyer was able to complete a 1031 exchange by acquiring an excellent property in Lake Havasu City and the Seller was able to exit the market on time and at his asking price.
