Jeff Gorden of The Gorden Group arranges the sale of Sedona Self Storage.
Phoenix – August 20, 2021 Jeff Gorden of The Gorden Companies/Keller Williams East Valley has arranged the sale of Sedona Self Storage in Sedona, Arizona. The self-storage facility sold August 18, 2021 for $960,000. The property is located in the heart of scenic Sedona and provides just under 100 spaces of self-storage. Jeff Gorden represented the Seller.
Jeff Gorden shared the following about the sale, “At the Gorden Group we help fuel exceptional life stories and the sale of Sedona Self Storage is another great example. The Sellers were longtime friends and clients. At a few times in the past we were able to help them improve operations. The sale of the property this year was a culmination of their efforts. At closing, Buyer and Seller were both very pleased with the results and are looking forward to new projects.”
