Phoenix – June 30, 2021 Jeff Gorden of The Gorden Group has arranged the sale of Winnemucca Storage in Winnemucca, Nevada. The self-storage facility sold June 30, 2021 for $1,705,000. The property spans just under three acres and provides 412 spaces of self-storage. Jeff Gorden represented the Seller.
Jeff Gorden shared the following about the sale, “Frankly, the sale of Winnemucca Storage was one of the more rewarding assignments for us in the last decade. Though the property income didn’t initially support the asking price, with some operational suggestions, the Seller was about to increase gross revenue significantly. This improvement in property performance led to dozens of offers, as the market began chasing the asset upwards, ultimately selling above the asking price. This Seller is one of many who has worked with our experienced team to maximize the value of their property prior to sale. And we’re thankful to have the experience necessary to assist a seller in receiving full value for their life’s work. The Buyer also showed great patience and determination as we cleared a few final items prior to closing. As usual, Buyer and Seller were both very pleased with the results and are looking forward to new projects.”
