The Gorden Group Arranges Sale of Commercial Land for Storage Development in Houston, TX

HOUSTON – Nov. 17, 2021 – Jeff Gorden of KW Commercial, in cooperation with Bill Brownfield of Brownfield & Associates, arranged the sale of a fourteen-and-a-half-acre property located along Beltway 8 on the south side of Houston, TX.  The parcel is intended for development of a storage property that will serve the communities of Brookside Village, Pearland and the Texas Space Coast. The site sold November 10, 2021.

Our team recently completed the sale of a number of development sites for this client. The buyer was ecstatic to acquire such a premium site and is looking for additional opportunities.”
