We’re pleased to announce the sale of A-Secured RV & Vehicle Storage in Gilbert, Arizona. The self-storage facility sold September 13, 2017 for $5,800,000.

The property spans over 11 acres and provides over 500 units of RV, boat, and other vehicle storage. Eagle Commercial led an international marketing campaign sourcing numerous potential buyers and multiple offers. Ultimately, a buyer seeking a 1031 exchange presented the winning offer.

The sale of this property involved a specialty asset type and a reverse exchange, which required a depth of experience in RV storage properties, resources and the industry contacts of our team and all parties involved.
